Born in Houston, Texas into a large, international family of Argentine and American parents, Stephanie grew up travelling, learning languages and developing a love for classical music, sports and the arts.
She holds degrees in Spanish, French, and Soviet Studies and has lived in Russia, Hungary, Spain and Africa while working in the metals and mining industry. For ten years, she was a cobalt and copper trader with Swiss commodities giant, Glencore International AG, where she was responsible for metal off-take, sales contracts, and finance projects in excess of 50 million USD.
Inspired by a personal turn of events, she moved into the world of professional sports, founding Asmantra Sports & Consulting GmbH in 2017. Within two years of inception, Stephanie grew the company to an international level completing transfers in four continents. Stephanie is the only female football agent in Switzerland and one of few in the industry at large.
As a mother of four children, she balances a busy family life with her work as a leading European football agent, as well as various projects in thought leadership and personal development.
A former British, classical, ballerina turned elite endurance athlete, entrepreneur and sports marketing strategist, Jemima has sport in her bones.
Following completion of her degree in psychology from the University of Bath, Jemima began her professional career as a sports marketing consultant and business development strategist. She later expanded into strategic business and brand coaching.
Leveraging her experience into the realm of athlete branding, high-level marketing, and athlete management, she was hired as European Business Development Manager for the globally renowned Human Interest Group (HIG). She has a deep knowledge of sponsorships and partnership building and is on the international circuit of female entrepreneurs leading high-level masterminds for business growth, systemization and monetization.
Jemima holds 20 triathlon podium performances including Silver Medalist at the ETU European Triathlon Middle Distance Championships in 2018 and 8th Position at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in 2019. Jemima combines her love for sport, travel and learning with her entrepreneurial ventures.
With over 15 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant in top, multinational companies, Rebecca is extremely adept at managing all day-to-day details and implementing multi-layer operational and organizational systems which ensure the smooth running and productivity of even the most complex of organisations.
She brings a diverse set of skills and services to a broad range of clients across Europe in her role at Asmantra. Born in Switzerland, Rebecca is now based across the border in Thüringen, Germany.
Carles Coto is a seasoned and talented player who has experienced some extraordinary aspects of the game. At the age of 13, he signed with FC Barcelona where he spent seven years at the world famous “La Masia” Academy training alongside distinguished teammates such as Busquets, Messi, Pique, Fabregas, Thiago Alcantara and Jordi Alba. In 2007, Carles won the European Championships with Spain’s U-19’s, along with Parejo, Asenjo, Azpilicueta, Nsue, and Javi Martinez before taking up his first professional contract in the Jupiler Pro League of Belgium.
Since then, he has enjoyed a colorful and diverse playing career across Central and Eastern Europe and currently plays in the First Division of Andorra. Carles’ deep and intimate understanding of the game as a player, as well as the many sacrifices and personal challenges that players face and the elements needed for success, make him a great asset to the Asmantra team.
